Refund policy

Returned Packages
If an order is returned to us due to reasons such as:

  • Refused delivery

  • Unclaimed / long-term absence

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

the package will be considered a customer-initiated return. We will contact you once the item is returned to our studio.

Reshipment
If you would like your order to be reshipped, please confirm the correct shipping address.
Customers are responsible for additional shipping fees for reshipment.
Once the reshipping cost is paid, the order will be sent again.

Cancellations & Refunds
For returns caused by customer-related reasons (refused delivery, unclaimed packages, address errors):

  • Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If a refund is issued, it will be for the product cost only, minus any applicable shipping or handling fees

Important Notes

  • If we do not receive a response within a reasonable period after the return, the order may be treated as canceled

  • Due to the nature of our products (handmade soaps, skincare, and personal care items), we cannot accept returns, refunds, or reshipments for opened or used items
