Processing Time

All orders are handmade with care and processed within 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
During peak seasons or events, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Shipping times vary depending on the destination and carrier selected at checkout.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that delivery times provided by carriers are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please double-check your address before placing your order.

Returned Packages & Reshipment

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Refused delivery

  • Unclaimed or long-term absence

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

the order will be considered a customer-initiated return.

If you would like the order to be reshipped, additional shipping fees will apply.
Reshipment will occur after payment of the new shipping cost and address confirmation.

Refunds for Returned Packages

Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, it will be for the product price only, minus any applicable shipping or handling fees.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
